Military backpack Helikon-Tex Bergen Shadow Grey

18-litre Bergen backpack from the Bushcraft Line survival series follows the design of British special forces backpacks from the Second World War. Its construction is made from durable, abrasion-resistant cordura 500D.

The main compartment and 3 external pockets have openings fitted with a drawstring and are closed with a flap featuring a Fastex buckle. In this way, the interior is protected against mud and dust entering and prevents the carried contents from falling out.

The main compartment is equipped with a vertical zip pocket and an internal attachment point for fixing a hydration bladder, whose tube can be routed out on either side of the backpack. On the top flap there is a flat zip pocket. All zips are made by YKK and are finished with pull cords for easy use.

Side MOLLE/PALS attachment points offer the option of fastening additional accessories to the backpack. These attachment points are placed on the main compartment flap, the front, and the sides. The whole set is complemented by three holders and two open pockets for carrying external tools such as an axe or saw.

On the specially reinforced bottom of the backpack there are practical straps to which you can fasten a sleeping bag or jacket using additional straps.

Even long-term carrying of the backpack does not cause discomfort thanks to the reinforced back panel with cushioning pads covered with breathable mesh fabric and adjustable shoulder straps, which can additionally be stabilised with a chest and waist belt. In an emergency, you can also use the quick-release system to drop the backpack. A top handle for carrying the backpack by hand is also included.

As if that were not enough, you can personalise the backpack with your own patch, for which a front velcro panel is provided.
