Sidewinder 6.5-20×42 20× ½ Mil Dot has a durable single-piece tube made from aluminium and a glass etched reticle, which makes it highly resistant to recoils. The tube is filled with nitrogen to prevent fogging. The lenses are fully multi-coated (18 layers).
The 20x ½ Mil-Dot reticle is in the second focal plane (the magnification has no effect on the size of the reticle). The red illumination of the reticle can be adjusted in 5 levels of intensity. The adjustment graduation is in 1/4 MOA. The parallax is adjustable from 10 (9,14 m) to infinity.
