Hawke AIRMAX 4–12×50 AO AMX is made from a single piece of durable aluminium
and offers variable magnification of 4–12×. The riflescope has a
nitrogen-filled construction, MOA adjustment, and parallax correction. The
low-profile turrets are capped, so you do not have to worry about accidental
changes to your settings. The optical system belongs to the second focal
plane group.

The eyepiece has fast focusing (Fast Focus) and the lenses are equipped with a sixteen-layer MC coating. The gas inside the system ensures that the objective and eyepiece lenses do not fog up. Horizontal and vertical adjustment is in Minute Of Angle – one click equals ¼ MOA. The turrets for adjustment have a low profile and are capped, so the set values will not change without the user's knowledge. Parallax correction is handled via an adjustment ring behind the objective; its range is from 10 yds to infinity. Variable magnification ranges from 4-12x; the riflescope is in the second focal plane.
