Haendler & Natermann is one of the traditional German manufacturers of airgun ammunition. The H&N brand has long been associated with accuracy, high-quality workmanship and good value for money, which makes it a popular choice for both recreational and more experienced shooters.
Slug HP with hollow point
H&N Slug HP are lead slugs with a hollow point, which differ significantly from standard pellets by their shape, close to a bullet. They are designed for high-powered airguns that can accurately stabilise this type of ammunition even at distances of 50, 100 or up to 200 metres.
Thanks to the high ballistic coefficient, the slug maintains speed and energy better, which helps provide a flatter trajectory and more predictable behaviour at longer distances.
Slugs are suitable only for airguns with a barrel designed for this type of ammunition, typically with a non-choked barrel. A choked barrel, which is beneficial for classic pellets, narrows towards the muzzle and may not be suitable for solid slugs.
