All knives and scissors are made of high quality stainless steel. The Slicing Shears have a sliding lock and a wide handle for comfortable grip and slicing. The knives include a filleting knife with a total length of 28 cm, a small knife of 22 cm with a Drop Point blade, a medium knife of 28 cm with a cooking hook and serrated blade on the back and a large knife of 29 cm. All knives have a plastic handle with a rubberised surface. Thanks to this, the knives will not slip out of your greasy hands.
