All knives and shears are made of high-quality stainless steel. Poultry shears have a sliding safety lock and a wide handle for a comfortable grip and cutting. Among the knives you will find a filleting knife with an overall length of 28 cm, a small knife with a length of 22 cm with a Drop Point blade, a medium knife with a length of 28 cm with a gut hook and serrated edge on the spine, and a large knife with a length of 29 cm. All knives have a plastic handle with a rubberised surface. This prevents the knives from slipping even from greasy hands.
