The individual burner groups can be regulated, this allows the grill to be used for both direct and indirect grilling. The side rack is ideal for maintaining the temperature of already cooked food. Four castors, two with lever brakes, make it easy to transport the grill from place to place.
The hinged lid has a built-in thermometer and tool storage shelf. Side cooker has a separate control and piezo ignition. The lower cabinet is the ideal place to store food and grilling tools. A connecting hose and pressure reducing valve are included.
Hocrackers feature a special design that prevents oil and grease from coming into contact with the flames. The grate surface has an enamel finish, making cleaning easier. Excess grease and oil are drained into the lower shelf, which can be simply slid out from the back of the grill for cleaning.
