You can also use it as a home smoker. Thanks to its compact dimensions of 40 x 40 x 80 cm, the grill is easy to carry so you can take it with you almost anywhere.
The structure is made of three main steel parts with a durable black finish. You can remove each part as needed. The grill has 2 containers for charcoal or water. When you heat the charcoal in the bottom bowl and water in the top one, you get a healthy grill over a water bath. A chrome-plated steel grate with a diameter of 38 cm ensures quality preparation of your food.
The top part of the grill has durable polymer handles for easy transport. On the lid you will find a thermometer, which lets you always know at what temperature your food is being prepared. When the temperature is too high, you can lower it by opening the ventilation on the lid. If it is too low, you can use the fuel access door to add more charcoal.
