You can also use it as a home smokehouse. Thanks to its compact dimensions 40 x 40 x 80 cm, the grill is easily portable and you can take it with you almost anywhere.
The structure is made of three main parts made of steel with a durable black finish. The individual parts can be removed as needed. The grill has 2 containers for charcoal or water. When you heat charcoal in the lower bowl and water in the upper bowl, you get a healthy grill over a water bath. The 38 cm diameter chrome-plated steel grill grate guarantees you a quality cooking experience.
The top of the grill has handles made of durable polymer for easy carrying. On the lid you will find a thermometer that lets you always know what temperature your food is cooking at. When the temperature is too high, you can lower it by opening the vent on the lid. If it gets too low again, you can use the door to add more coals.
