The dish contains 30% chicken thigh meat, vegetables, 20% beans, onion, rice flour, corn flour, rapeseed oil, salt, paprika, pepper and chilli. In total you will find 1.5% fat, 1% saturated fat, 8.3% protein, 11.7% carbohydrates, 1.2% sugar and 1.2% salt. Altogether it provides 376 kcal (1584 kJ).

The pack measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 408 g. Inside you will find 400 g of food. The contents of the pouch equal one full serving. This pack has a shelf life of up to 3 years.
