FX Wildcat MKIII BT VP is already the third generation of the very successful
PCP air rifle from the renowned Swedish manufacturer FX Airguns. The BT VP
version is supplied with a 600 mm barrel and an aluminium air cylinder with a
capacity of 400 cm³.

Compared to its predecessors, this version offers even more compact dimensions and a whole range of further improvements. Worth mentioning are the increased air capacity in the Power Plenum and the improved air flow. All metal parts are manufactured using the most precise CNC technologies.
Wildcat MKIII BT VP is supplied with a 600 mm long barrel. However, thanks to the bullpup design this does not affect the very compact overall length of the rifle, which is only 790 mm. Naturally, the option to change the barrel is also present, allowing you to choose the type that best matches your selected types and weights of ammunition. The barrel is shrouded and at its end there is a 1/2 UNF thread for mounting an additional sound moderator.
Synthetic stock is lightweight and pleasant to the touch. The ergonomically shaped pistol grip fits your hand perfectly and shouldering is really comfortable. The sidelever has a very smooth action and its position above the trigger guarantees easy access.
A new feature is the adjustment wheel at the rear of the rifle, which controls the hammer spring preload. It has a total of seven preset positions. The eighth position allows more precise adjustment with an Allen key. This gives you the option to perfectly match the power output with the pressure regulator.
The aluminium air cylinder is located under the barrel and has a capacity of 400 cm3. The maximum fill pressure is 230 bar. Pressure is monitored by a manometer positioned opposite the filling port, just behind the cylinder. Another manometer shows the current regulator pressure value and is located on the left side of the rifle, under the cheekpiece.
The magazine has also been improved. It now holds a total of 16 pellets in 6.35 mm calibre and is compatible with magazines for FX Crown and FX Dreamline. The trigger is fully adjustable and has a very smooth action. A manual safety is also included as standard. To mount a riflescope you can use the 22 mm Picatinny rail.
