The MKII is based on the hugely successful Wildcat model, which has become one of the best-selling PCP air rifles in the world. This model offers everything that made its predecessor great, and much more.
The bullpup design allows this air rifle to have a 500 mm long barrel while still maintaining its compact dimensions. Probably the biggest change is the option to change the barrel, so the shooter can choose a barrel with rifling that corresponds to different types and weights of ammunition. The barrel is fully shrouded and a sound moderator is screwed onto the muzzle, making shooting a really quiet affair.
The synthetic stock is also definitely worth mentioning, as it is very pleasant to the touch. The pistol grip is ergonomically shaped and fits your hand perfectly. It is very light and the total weight of the rifle is only 2.7 kg.
The air cylinder is located under the barrel and its maximum capacity is 230 cc. The maximum filling pressure is 230 bar. The pressure is monitored by a manometer located at the front of the cylinder, under the barrel muzzle. The standard equipment also includes a highly accurate pressure regulator.
The side lever can easily be cocked with one finger without having to move too far away from the trigger. The trigger itself is fully adjustable and has a very smooth action. A manual safety is also standard. To remove the magazine, you have to pull the side lever to the rear position. The magazine holds 8 pellets in 5.5 mm calibre. For mounting a scope, you can use the 11 mm mounting rail.
