FX Impact MKII has a 700mm Sniper Edition barrel. As the name suggests, it is made for extremely accurate long‑range shooting. Of course, the rifle’s design still allows easy calibre changes.
The carbon fibre air cylinder holds an incredible 480 cm3 of air. If you fill the air rifle to 250 bar, you get approximately 100 full‑power shots down to 125 bar, where the pressure regulator is set. The pressure regulator can be adjusted with an Allen key inside the trigger guard.
The absolute novelty is the so‑called Power Plenum. Simply put, it is a system that allows you to achieve better performance and shot consistency while keeping the regulator set to a lower pressure. This also results in a higher shot count per cylinder fill.
The trigger is fully adjustable and is one of the best we have tried so far. The manual safety is located on the right side of the action, right next to the trigger. For greater comfort, the manufacturer has equipped the stock with a comfortable rubber buttpad. The rifle’s modular design allows the installation of a wide range of accessories using a total of three 22mm weaver rails. We also have to praise the build quality of the magazine. The only plastic part is the transparent cover that you rotate during loading.
