New videos and reviews every day 6000+ reviews from our customers The embodiment of perfection. That’s how you could describe the latest PCP air rifle from the Swedish company FX Airguns. It is literally packed with the most modern features you can find on a PCP rifle.
FX Impact MKII EXP has a 700mm Sniper Edition barrel. As the name suggests, it is made for extremely accurate long-range shooting. Of course, the design of the rifle still allows easy calibre change.
The carbon bottle holds an incredible 480 cm3 of air. If you fill the air rifle up to 250 bar, you get approx. 100 full‑power shots down to 125 bar, where the pressure regulator is set. The pressure regulator is adjustable using an Allen key in the trigger guard area.
An absolute innovation is the so‑called Power Plenum. Simply put, it is a system that allows you to achieve better performance and shot consistency with the regulator set to a lower pressure. This is also related to a higher shot count per one bottle fill.
The trigger is fully adjustable and is one of the best we have tested so far. The manual safety is located on the right side of the body, right next to the trigger. For greater comfort, the manufacturer has fitted the stock with a pleasant rubber buttpad. The modular design of the rifle allows mounting a wide range of accessories, using a total of three 22mm weaver rails. We must also praise the build quality of the magazine. The only plastic part is the transparent cover that you rotate during loading.
