FX Crown MKII Continuum is the successor to the original FX Crown model. It includes a number of improvements that deliver significantly higher performance than the first generation.
The Continuum variant is supplied with two barrels of different lengths, making it highly versatile and suitable for multiple disciplines. The short barrel has a length of 380 mm, while the long barrel has a length of 700 mm. Everything is supplied in a robust padded case.
The Continuum has a maintenance-free synthetic stock with an ergonomic thumbhole and raised cheekpiece. A Weaver/Picatinny rail is used to mount optics, and it is canted by 20 MOA, which allows for better elevation adjustment of the riflescope when shooting at longer distances.
As we are used to with FX, this Crown MKII Continuum can also be variously tuned. It features an externally adjustable regulator AMP (Adjustable Match Precision), an adjustable valve, and the well-known power adjustment wheel, which allows you to change the hammer spring setting. All this helps you perfectly match the performance of your PCP air rifle to the calibre and ammunition used.
The plenum of the FX Crown MKII model has been increased by 28% compared to the previous model. The larger plenum (a compressed air chamber located in front of the transfer port) works in tandem with the porting and the new larger valve on the MKII model (6.5 mm valve). This combination delivers spectacular results.
The Superlight STX (Smooth Twist X) barrel system ensures the extreme accuracy for which the Swedish company FX Airguns is renowned. The carbon fibre bottle holds 480 cm3 of air and can be filled up to 250 bar.
The pride of this model is the sophisticated and fully adjustable FX Match trigger. The length and partly the pull weight of the first stage can be adjusted, as well as the length and pull weight of the second stage. The adjustment can be carried out with tremendous precision, allowing you to achieve a very light trigger pull – even below 500 grams.
