With the Lightweight range you save up to 80% weight and 30% energy. Just add water to these products up to the crease inside the bag and wait for them to rehydrate. Then you just heat them up in a pot or self-heating system and you have food on the go just like home (and often better).

Fusilli with spinach and walnuts is an ideal energy source that is suitable for vegans. It's a very tasty and filling meal that will warm you up and replenish the nutrients you need on the go. There's nothing like having a full main meal on a mountain ridge or on a multi-day hike in the great outdoors, especially without the hassle of making a fire and cooking. Adventure Menu has done the almost impossible and added another piece to the Czech MRE (Meal, Ready-to-Eat).

The dish contains 54% wheat pasta, 36% spinach leaves, 5% walnuts, red wine vinegar, salt, olive oil, garlic, pepper and crushed chilli. In total inside you will find 3.6% fat, 0.3% saturated fat, 4.3% protein, 20% carbohydrates, 0.2% sugars and 1% salt. Total of 528 kcal (2,200 kJ).

The package measures 21 x 18 x 5 cm and weighs only 113 g. Inside you will find 98 g of food. After topping up the food, you then get one full serving. The total weight of the meal will then be 400 g. This pack has a durability of up to 5 years.
