Fusilli with Spinach and Walnuts Adventure Menu Lightweight

The dish contains 54% wheat pasta, 36% leaf spinach, 5% walnuts, red wine vinegar, salt, olive oil, garlic, pepper and crushed chilli. In total you will find 3.6% fat, 0.3% saturated fat, 4.3% protein, 20% carbohydrates, 0.2% sugars and 1% salt. Altogether it provides 528 kcal (2,200 kJ).

The pack measures 21 x 18 x 5 cm and weighs only 113 g. Inside you will find 98 g of food. After adding water you get one full portion. The total weight of the prepared meal will then be 400 g. This pack has a shelf life of up to 5 years.
