High‑quality BaK4 prisms and FMC - Phase coating on the lenses allow use in low-light conditions, including night observation. By using ED glass with minimal dispersion, the manufacturer has managed to minimise chromatic aberration and achieve practically ideal imaging, brightness, and edge‑to‑edge sharpness. The minimum focusing distance is just 3 metres. Another advantage of this design is the wide field of view.
The binocular body is made of polycarbonate, which is very strong and durable while still maintaining low weight. You will appreciate this especially during longer walks, when every extra gram around your neck really makes a difference. Thanks to the rubberised surface and excellent ergonomics, the binoculars sit well in the hand and are easy to operate even when wearing gloves.
