Professional hand saws of the Japanese brand Silky are based on a long tradition of manufacturing reliable cutting tools combined with modern technology. This makes Silky tools highly durable and sharp in all conditions.
The blades of Silky Gomboy hand saws are made of high-carbon steel and their shape is precisely laser-cut. The chromed surface protects the saw against corrosion and external influences. The main advantage of Gomboy saws is their high-quality toothing. The sharp teeth are ground on 4 sides; only the tooth edges are induction-hardened, while the rest of the surface remains soft and flexible.
Thanks to the blade’s ability to adapt, the toothing is highly durable. In addition, the cutting surface is ground into an hourglass shape, which prevents the teeth from jamming while cutting. The tooth profile reduces resistance, so the material being cut does not tear during the cut. The blades of all Silky Gomboy saws can be easily replaced.
The ergonomic handle of the Gomboy saw increases comfort and makes cutting easier. The handle is made of a special material that prevents the saw from slipping out of the hand. Cutting is therefore faster and safer.
The Gomboy 240-10 hand saw is equipped with a folding blade with a length of 240 mm and a functional sheath that can be attached to a belt using a loop. The Gomboy 240-10 model is the ideal tool for cutting or pruning dry and hard wood.
