The Silky Gomboy handsaw blades are made of high carbon steel and their shape is precisely laser cut. The chromed surface protects the saw from corrosion and external influences. The main advantage of the Gomboy is the quality serration. The sharp teeth are ground on 4 sides, only the edges of the teeth are induction hardened, the rest of the surface is soft and elastic.
The ability of the blade to adapt makes the serration very durable. In addition, the cutting surface is ground to hourglass shape, this prevents the teeth from jamming when cutting. The profile of the teeth reduces resistance, so the material to be cut does not tear during cutting. All Silky Gomboy saws are easy to replace the blade.
