The sophisticated blade is made of durable stainless steel 9Cr18MoV. This means you can even chop with it while it still holds its edge well. In addition, it offers excellent corrosion resistance. The mirror grind makes maintenance and sharpening easier. The full tang construction (the blade runs through the entire length of the knife and is therefore also part of the handle) guarantees a high level of strength.
The entire handle is ergonomically shaped and will not slip out of your hand, even from wet palms, which are quite common when fishing. The GuideFins grip design guarantees precise thumb placement and full control over the knife for precise, smooth cuts. The handle also features a HydroTread Grip texture that channels water away from it.
The package also includes a high-quality moulded plastic sheath with ventilation openings that does not retain water and can be easily rinsed out. A major advantage of this sheath is the integrated sharpener for maintaining the blade.
