The Turkish manufacturer Ekol has fitted a classic air rifle with a polymer housing and you can see the result for yourself. If you want to stand out from the crowd and have an unconventional air rifle, then the Ekol M450 is the right choice.
Its operating principle does not differ from a classic break-barrel. Likewise, the rifled barrel with a length of 375 mm does not deviate from the standard. It uses 4.5 mm lead pellets ráže 4,5 mm as ammunition.
It also shares with the live-fire original the typical removable carry handle, which holds a adjustable rear sight for elevation and windage, exactly as we know it from the M16. The fixed sights can be replaced with an optic that can be mounted on a 22mm rail hidden under the handle.
You will find the manual safety in the trigger guard area; it is operated by pushing it forwards and backwards. The air rifle even includes sling swivels. For more comfortable shooting, the manufacturer has added a plastic bipod to the package.
