Dogtrace 400 g retrieving dumbbell is one of the basic training tools for teaching the retrieve. Ideal for training for sport cynology competitions. The weight and dimensions of the dumbbell are related to the size of the breed and the age of the particular dog. It is always better to start with a lighter retrieve and add weight gradually.
This wooden dumbbell is suitable for small and medium breeds. The exact weight required for a given trial can always be found in the competition test regulations. The length of the connecting grip is 9 cm, with a total length of 25.5 cm. The dumbbell has a block on each side with dimensions of 7x7x8.5 cm. If you are struggling to get your dog interested in the retrieve, try teaching it first with hollow tools into which you can hide treats, and then gradually retrain it to the dumbbell.
