Dogtrace 250 g retrieving dumbbell is one of the basic training tools for teaching retrieve. Ideal for training for sport cynology competitions. The weight and dimensions of the dumbbell depend on the size of the breed and the age of the particular dog. It is always better to start with a lighter retrieve and gradually increase the weight.
This wooden dumbbell is suitable for small breeds. You will always find the exact weight required for a given test in the competition regulations. The overall length is 20.5 cm. The dumbbell has wooden cubes on both sides. If you are having trouble getting your dog interested in the retrieve, try teaching it first with hollow tools into which you can hide treats, and then gradually re-train it to the dumbbell.
