Dogtrace d-control Professional 2000 is a versatile electronic training collar. Dog owners can make full use of its wide range of functions. It is suitable for medium and large dog breeds. It offers a combination of all commonly used stimuli, i.e. sound, vibration and stimulation. In addition, you can also use light signals, thanks to which you will immediately know where your dog is, even in the dark. The signal range from the transmitter to the collar is up to 2 km. It is supplied in an orange colour design – receiver and transmitter. This way it will never get lost in the forest again.

The collar offers 8 different light modes, 4 vibration modes, 2 different acoustic signals (short and long) and 40 different levels of stimulation. Compared to standard d-control collars, the transmitter has different parameters. It is now resistant to water and impacts. In addition, it offers more intuitive operation using fewer buttons. It even has individually configurable buttons. As with its predecessor, you can use a single transmitter to send a signal to two different collars.

The collar will significantly simplify training and at the same time you can not only teach the dog, but also unlearn bad habits. An electronic training collar is recommended for extremely temperamental breeds and unmanageable dogs. Thanks to the collar, your dog will obey you under any circumstances. It will no longer be interested in any surrounding stimuli such as other dogs or game.

With the collar, the dog can easily and quickly learn to heel without a lead, come when called and interrupt unwanted behaviour. You can even stop it from jumping on people, taking food from the table or barking in the flat. The collar will even help the dog to unlearn the slightest mistakes it makes in otherwise perfect tasks. It is therefore suitable not only for unmanageable dogs, but also for dogs competing at shows or for hunting dogs.

However, stimulation should not be used lightly. It cannot physically harm the dog, but it can potentially cause psychological damage. The dog may then start to fear you rather than respect you as its master. So remember that there are no shortcuts to proper training, only correctly used training aids. The collar has an orange plastic adjustable strap 70 cm long, on which the receiver is mounted. It also emits an acoustic signal and stimulation via electrodes. The collar is equipped with electrodes for both short-haired and long-haired breeds. The package also includes a test lamp, which you can use to easily check whether the collar is working properly. The receiver weighs only 65 g and is powered by one CR2 3V battery. The transmitter in orange design weighs 125 g and is powered by two AAA batteries. Battery life can reach up to 1 year, depending on how often the collar is used.
