Thanks to the weak correction impulses, small dimensions and low weight, it is suitable for small dog breeds. The collar emits an acoustic signal. If the dog does not respond to it, you can also use an electric stimulation impulse. You can send this in 19 different levels. The impulses are sufficient even for medium and large breeds, but may not be enough in critical situations with fighting breeds. In open terrain the collar has a range of up to 200 m.
The collar will significantly facilitate training and at the same time you can not only teach the dog, but also eliminate bad habits. An electronic training collar is recommended for extremely temperamental breeds and unmanageable dogs. Thanks to the collar, your dog will obey you under any circumstances. It will then no longer be interested in any surrounding stimuli such as other dogs or game.
With the collar, the dog will easily and quickly learn heelwork without a lead, to come when called and to interrupt unwanted activities. You can even teach it not to jump on people, not to take food from the table, or to stop barking in the flat. The collar will even correct the smallest mistakes the dog makes in otherwise perfect exercises. It is therefore suitable not only for unmanageable dogs, but also for dogs competing at shows or for hunting dogs.
However, electric impulses should not be used lightly. They cannot physically harm the dog, but they could cause damage on a psychological level. The dog might then start to fear you rather than respect you as its master. Remember that there are no shortcuts to proper training, only correctly used tools. Therefore, follow the manufacturer’s instructions, which are provided for you on the instructional DVD.
The collar is also waterproof, so you do not have to worry if your dog jumps into water. Handling is very simple. The collar has an adjustable woven black strap 75 cm long, on which the receiver is placed. It also emits an acoustic signal and electric impulses via electrodes. The collar is equipped with electrodes for both short-haired and long-haired breeds. The package also includes a test lamp (neon tester), with which you can easily check whether the collar is working correctly. The receiver weighs only 44 g and is powered by a single CR2 3V battery.
The collar is also equipped with a Booster function. Thanks to this you can react even in critical situations if the dog does not respond to a normal impulse. Booster sends an impulse that is 0–5 levels higher. The choice of intensity is up to you.
The control is also very simple. The transmitter has 8 buttons, one of which is used to switch on and off, one to emit an acoustic signal, one to send an impulse, one for the Booster function, and others to select the level of electric impulse. With buttons A and B you can switch between two different dogs. One transmitter can therefore be used for two different collars. The transmitter weighs only 64 g and is powered by a single CR2 3V battery. Battery life can reach up to 1 year depending on how often the collar is used.
