PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Adventure Menu is a Czech manufacturer of sterilized meals made from 100% natural ingredients. They are known for their quality and excellent taste. You definitely do not need to worry about any chemicals. For preparation you do not need any water. These products just need to be heated in a pot or in a self-heating system (here you need at least a couple of decilitres of water) and you have a meal for your trip just like at home (and many times even better).
Deer ragout with potato dumplings combines the unique taste of venison and a sauce made from root vegetables. It is one of the most popular meals in the Adventure Menu range. There is nothing like having a proper main course on a mountain ridge or on a multi-day trip in nature, especially without the hassle of making a fire and cooking. Adventure Menu has achieved the almost impossible and added another item to the Czech MRE (Meal, Ready-to-Eat).
The dish contains 30% venison, 28% potato dumplings, root vegetables, onion, red wine, rapeseed oil, tomato paste, rice flour, corn flour, currant jam, sugar, lemon juice, salt and wild spices. In total you will find 4.6% fat, 1.6% saturated fats, 8.8% protein, 17.8% carbohydrates, 12.2% sugars and 1.3% salt. Altogether it provides you with 594.4 kcal (2488 kJ).
The pack measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 408 g. Inside you will find 400 g of food. The contents of the pouch make up one full serving. This pack has a shelf life of up to 3 years.
