Crosman MK45 is an air pistol for steel BBs in 4.5 mm calibre. The pistol strongly resembles the Sig Sauer P320, which became the official infantry sidearm of the US Army in 2017.
Compared to the live-fire original, the Crosman MK45 is significantly lighter. It weighs only 290 g. This is mainly due to the lightweight polymer frame of the pistol. Only the necessary internal mechanisms of the gun, such as the barrel, are made of metal. The barrel of the MK45 is not rifled, which is not a drawback. The Crosman MK45 is primarily intended for recreational shooting at shorter distances.
The pistol is powered by a 12g CO2 cartridge, which is inserted into the grip. Inside you will also find a magazine with a capacity of 20 steel BBs. One cartridge is enough for roughly 5 full magazines. Its endurance may vary depending on ambient temperature, etc.
Another important feature is the manual safety, which is easily accessible with the index finger of the right hand. Under the barrel you will also find a 22mm accessory rail for mounting tactical accessories.
