Creamy risotto with asparagus and broccoli Adventure Menu Lightweight

Cream Risotto with Asparagus and Broccoli is a very filling and not only vegan food that will replenish your energy and also warm you up on the go. The dish consists mainly of Rice Arborio cooked in a vegetable broth with fresh asparagus and broccoli - all washed down with white wine. And finally, the pearl - vegan parmesan. There's nothing like having a wholesome main meal on a mountain ridge or on a multi-day hike in the great outdoors, especially without the hassle of starting a fire and cooking. Adventure Menu has done the almost impossible and raised the Czech MRE (meal ready to eat) a notch higher.

The risotto contains 40% Arborio rice, 12% asparagus, 12% broccoli, vegetable broth, red peppers, shallots, white wine, cashew nuts, olive oil, delicatessen yeast (dried yeast, malt extract), garlic, salt and pepper. In total, inside you will find 3.1% fat, 0.6% saturated fat, 2.9% protein, 17% carbohydrates, 0.8% sugar and 1.5% salt. In total, it gives you 432 kcal (1,800 kJ).

The package measures 21 x 18 x 5 cm and weighs only 139 g. Inside you will find 124 g of food. After pouring water over it, you get one full serving. The total weight of the meal will be 400 g.
