A Spanish brand that has been producing quality airguns since 1874. And they have kept the bar high all this time. How do they do it? The savvy Southern guys at Cometa say it's not a job but a craft. That's part of the reason why they keep the production in house.
They're always looking for ways to fine-tune their airguns for the needs of every shooter. For instance, they drill the barrels and then cold hammer them with specialized machines. They created these in-house just to make the barrels as accurate as possible, but also very rigid. Every part is made under careful control. Likewise, they check every air rifle produced in detail, which is then tested and calibrated piece by piece.
The domain of Carabinas Cometa is the classic spring air rifle. The most popular models are the Fusion and the Fenix 400 with high quality fiber optic sights. The brand has also recently ventured into PCP guns, especially those with large air capacity.
