PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The COBB Gas Deluxe 2.0 grill is an excellent portable gas grill, which means it can be ready for use in an instant (2–3 min). The outer shell is well separated from the internal heat source and therefore remains cool throughout the grilling process. You can safely pick the grill up while it is running and place it on a plastic garden table or on the lawn. The internal temperatures, however, reach up to 300 °C.
The versatility of the Gas Deluxe 2.0 is tremendous. You can easily fry and boil, grill and bake with it. For example, you can place vegetables and potatoes in the inner bowl. Then just pour in some water, beer or wine (max. 200 ml) and prepare a juicy side dish. Meanwhile, you can grill, bake or fry on the plate on top.
During operation, odour is practically negligible, as the fat and juices from the food are led away from the burner. Although it does not produce so many “emissions” that you couldn’t use it in more built-up areas, it is still not suitable for unventilated and enclosed spaces. The manufacturer states that you should have at least one wall completely open, as this is still a gas product. However, it is ideal for garden gazebos and other open shelters. The inner bowl can be easily washed or lined with an aluminium foil sleeve, which you can then simply fold up and throw away.
The grill is equipped with an internal burner; at the inlet valve for the gas cartridge you will find a gas flow regulator and a piezo-electric igniter (no matches or lighter needed). The control valve is fitted with a classic safety lock – first press and then turn. The grill is compatible with gas cartridges that comply with the European standard EN 417.
COBB Gas Deluxe 2.0 is supplied with a Griddle+ grill plate. It has a more pronounced grill pattern and optimal heat distribution. A non-stick surface goes without saying.
Thanks to its compact dimensions and low weight, the grill is easy to carry, so you can grill practically anywhere. In the recommended items you will find a large range of accessories that will allow you to satisfy any culinary desire.
