PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The COBB grilling grid is suitable for standalone grilling and baking, and at the same time it forms the mandatory base for the COBB grill rack and rotisserie spit. The grid has a non-stick coating and an aluminium base for better heat distribution. The special shape with channels allows fat to drain into the inner bowl, away from the hot coals. This prevents smoke, flames, and odours from forming.
Before grilling, let the grid preheat for 8–10 minutes to reach the optimal temperature. Do not use the lid during this time! After finishing grilling, remove the grid immediately and wait until it cools down. Then soak it in water with detergent, clean it with a sponge, and dry it.
