The dish contains 27% chicken breast, 22% aubergine, 22% courgette, 15% red pepper, 9% tomato purée, olive oil, rapeseed oil, turmeric, salt, paprika, garlic, oregano, pepper and spices. In total, you get 3.7% fat, 0.5% saturated fat, 9.7% protein, 4.5% carbohydrates, 2.5% sugars and 1.2% salt. Altogether it provides you with 360 kcal (1508 kJ).

The pack measures 21 x 18 x 5 cm and weighs only 90 g. Inside you will find 75 g of food. After adding water you get one full‑value portion. The total weight of the meal will then be 400 g. This pack has a shelf life of up to 5 years.
