How a blowgun works

A blowgun works on a very simple principle. You blow air into the tube, which then propels the projectile out. The power and range of the dart depend only on the strength of your breath. Accuracy is more a matter of skill and practice.

Blowguns for sport and fun

We offer modern blowguns from the Třinec brand Raven, which have a foam sleeve for a more comfortable grip and a mouthpiece. This provides better and safer blowing, meaning you are much less likely to accidentally inhale the dart back in. The blowgun lengths are 18, 30 and 48, which roughly correspond to 45, 76 and 122 cm.
