Ammunition For Blank Guns

Blank rounds offer only an acoustic effect but they can still be dangerous if you point the muzzle towards something that is in close proximity (up to 1 m). Always remember basic firearm safety rules when handling blank guns. You also have to choose the right type of ammo to be compatible with your weapon. Revolver and pistol rounds are not interchangeable. Their caliber is another important factor. The 9 mm rounds are the most common but you can also come across 6 mm and 8 mm calibers.

Blank Rounds And Their Uses

Their loud acoustic effect makes them perfect for starter pistols. They are also utilized when training hunting or police dogs. You can use them to launch signal flares as well. All you need to do is to attach the appropriate adapter to the muzzle of your blank pistol or a revolver.
