If you do not service your crossbow regularly, you are setting yourself up for very serious problems. You can cause injury to yourself and those around you, not to mention damage to the crossbow itself.
The manufacturer therefore recommends applying grease to the string and cables every 5–10 shots. At the same interval, lubricate the rail where the bolt is seated. This will increase the accuracy of your shooting and extend the service life of your crossbow. The set includes 2 string and cable waxes (each with a net weight of 4.25 g) and one larger rail lube for the bolt track with a net weight of 14 g.
