The axe features a hand-forged head made of 1066 carbon steel with a hardness of 56–58 HRC, featuring a convex grind and a straight cutting edge with a gently curved line for precise cut control. The head is fitted with a solid ash wood handle, treated with a mixture of linseed oil and wax to protect the wood and provide a comfortable grip.
