MFH automatic fire starter is the latest type of fire starter on the market, manufactured by the renowned German company MFH.
The fire starter is equipped with an integrated spring and additionally enclosed in a plastic housing. Only one hand is needed for operation. The fire starter must first be opened; after extending the ferro rod with handle, the slider is activated. By pressing the handle towards the tinder, the fire starter inside the handle moves. In this way you can generate a stream of sparks without using a knife or metal striking surface. To achieve the best possible effect, we recommend first scraping off the protective layer from the magnesium surface of the rod by repeated movement.
