It is manufactured by the Danish company ASG, which has many years of experience in the design and production of airguns. This model comes in a glossy silver finish and features a six-inch barrel (152 mm).
The internal mechanism is powered by a 12g CO2 cartridge, which is inserted into the chamber in the grip after opening the grip panel. The frame and cylinder of the revolver are made of metal. The cylinder does not swing out to the side in the usual way; instead, the entire revolver has to be broken open.
To imitate the most realistic possible reloading, the Schofield is supplied with six replicas of real cartridges, which are adapted for standard 4.5 mm lead pellets. One pellet is inserted into each cartridge case, which can then be placed into the chambers of the cylinder.
Just like the original, this model also has a Single Action trigger mechanism, so before each shot you must cock the hammer. Behind the hammer you will find a manual safety.
