PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Machine translated

The third generation of the successful Vulcan model from the Czech manufacturer Airgun Technology is finally here. Compared to its predecessors, it offers increased air capacity, which for this model is 480 ccm. This capacity was achieved by using a brand new carbon bottle. There is also an improved pressure regulator and an adjustable Power Plenum.

This is the version with a 500 mm long barrel and an overall length of 797 mm. Of course, it also has an integrated sound moderator that covers the entire barrel. The muzzle is also equipped with an M14x1,25 thread for mounting an external moderator. The beautiful wooden stock with an ergonomically shaped pistol grip is also worth mentioning.

The side lever is positioned conveniently above the trigger and can, of course, be switched from the left side to the right, which will be appreciated by all left-handed shooters. The manual safety against accidental discharge is located in the trigger guard, just in front of the trigger, and can be engaged after cocking the rifle.

You will find a total of two 22 mm Weaver rails on the Vulcan 3. The first is located above the trigger and allows mounting of a riflescope, which you will need because this PCP is not fitted with open sights. The second mounting rail is located on the fore-end and is mainly used for attaching a bipod.

The package includes a filling hose with pin and 2 magazines with a capacity of 10 pellets in 6.35 mm calibre. The entire rifle is additionally packed in a soft carrying case.

Beautiful, very precisely crafted weapon. With a quality optic, you hit your target at 20 yards after the first dart. It's a beauty. You can shoot it on your own secure property, you don't disturb anyone with noise, you don't have to go to the range. It's a wind machine, but the accuracy and performance are impressive.

  • Processing, precision, performance.
  • Weight. The gun is a bit heavier, which may be one thing or maybe even an advantage when shooting with a prop (it doesn't wobble as easily), but I also have a lighter Katran 6.35L and can't say that a shorter heavier Vulcan would be less comfortable.
