The design is based on the proven platform from Hatsan and offers reliable operation, easy handling, and a favourable price-to-performance ratio.
The Optima Hatsan Striker Edge model features an ergonomic synthetic stock, modern design, and sights suitable for accurate shooting at short and medium distances. This air rifle is suitable for beginner and intermediate shooters looking for a robust and versatile gun for target shooting as well as plinking.
The basis of the air rifle is the proven spring powerplant with classic break-barrel action. This system requires no CO₂ cartridges or air cylinders – everything needed to cock and load the gun is done by simply breaking the barrel. For the user, this means low maintenance requirements and high independence in the field.
The stock made of durable polymer is designed in a tactical style with a strongly shaped pistol grip. This makes the air rifle sit better in the hand and allows confident control of the gun even during longer shooting sessions. The synthetic material is resistant to moisture and normal wear, which you will appreciate when using it in the garden as well as in the woods.
On the top of the receiver housing there is an integrated 11 mm mounting rail which allows the installation of a riflescope. The shooter can thus adapt the air rifle to his preferences – from basic shooting with open sights to more precise aimed shooting with optics.
An automatic safety protecting against unintentional discharge is also standard. The controls are intuitive and can be easily operated even by less experienced shooters. The overall workmanship reflects Hatsan’s long-term experience in the field of airguns – the emphasis is on robustness and functionality, not just appearance.
Optima air rifles are manufactured by the Turkish producer Hatsan, only under a different name. All spare and tuning parts are identical for both brands. They differ only in the markings on the air rifle and the box print.
