Adventure food uses lyophilisation, also known as freeze-drying. It is widely used for drying food. The advantage of this process is that it does not damage the dried material.
Preparation instructions:
- Open the pouch, spread out the bottom and remove the oxygen absorber.
- Add hot water up to line 9 (0.37 l)
- Stir well
- Close the zip and leave to stand for 8 min
- Stir again
