Despite its relatively low price tag, it still delivers more than satisfactory performance and easily handles the recoil of more powerful firearms. This model has 4 - 12 magnification and a BDC reticle.
Exceptional resistance to damage from recoil is ensured by a one-piece tube made of anodised aluminium alloy. The entire riflescope is also nitrogen-purged to prevent internal fogging. Fully multi-coated lenses provide a bright and clear image.
Adjustment is in MOA, with clicks of 1/4 MOA. The reticle in this model is in the second focal plane, so the selected magnification does not change the apparent size of the reticle. Parallax is fixed at 100 yards (91.4 m).
Vortex Diamondback will be especially appreciated by hunters, thanks to the BDC reticle and its resistance to recoil from larger calibres. It is also suitable for use on an air rifle.
