The adjustment turrets are exposed, so there is no need to cover them with special caps. The adjustment step is 1/4 MOA. The turrets are large enough and clearly separate each click, so you can easily operate them even while wearing gloves. The clicking itself is very distinct – you can both feel and clearly hear every single click. The locking mechanism is excellently designed, so there is no risk of accidental rotation. The turrets can be easily reset (zeroed) by loosening the stainless-steel screw.
The Themys series offers one of the very best price / performance ratios on our market. The riflescopes are characterised by high-quality workmanship and an impressively clear image. The etched glass reticle is extremely resistant to recoil and is suitable for all airguns and firearms without calibre limitations.
The main advantages of Valiant riflescopes include a one-piece tube made of aircraft-grade aluminium alloy, which ensures higher mechanical durability.
The development of this riflescope took place in cooperation with sport shooters, resulting in a completely unique HFT reticle. The special “kill zone” is designed specifically for this shooting discipline. The reticle is placed in the second focal plane, so it remains the same size when zooming. It can be illuminated in red with 11 intensity levels. The illumination is controlled by the left turret, which also houses the CR2032 battery. The battery is not included and must be purchased separately.
Parallax adjustment is located on the objective lens and is adjustable from 10 yards (9.14 m) to infinity. Valiant has worked to minimise parallax error as much as possible, which shooters will particularly appreciate in sport shooting.
Thanks to many innovative design elements, the field of view has been increased by 30%, image sharpness has been improved and colour rendition is more natural. Naturally, there is also dioptre adjustment (-2/+2 dpt.).
