The adjustment turrets are exposed, so there is no need to cover them with special caps. The adjustment step is 1/4 MOA. The turrets are large enough and have clearly defined clicks, so you can operate them even when wearing gloves. The click itself is very distinct – you can not only feel each click with your fingers but also clearly hear it. The locking system is excellently designed. Unintentional rotation will not occur. The turrets can be easily reset (zeroed) by loosening the stainless-steel screw.
The Themys series offers the best price / performance ratio on our market. The riflescopes are characterised by high-quality workmanship and a beautifully clear image. The etched glass reticle is extremely resistant to recoil and is suitable for all airguns and firearms without calibre limitation.
The key advantages of Valiant riflescopes include a one-piece tube made from aircraft-grade aluminium alloy, which ensures higher mechanical durability.
This model uses the versatile 10x 1/2 Mil-Dot reticle, which can be used in virtually any situation regardless of distance. The reticle is located in the second focal plane, so it remains the same size when zooming. It can be illuminated in red with 11 levels of intensity. The illumination is controlled by the left turret, which also houses the CR2032 battery. The battery is not included in the package and must be purchased separately.
Parallax adjustment is located on the objective and is adjustable from 10 yards (9.14 m) to infinity. The Valiant brand has worked to minimise parallax error as much as possible. Shooters will especially appreciate this in sports shooting.
Thanks to many innovative design elements, the field of view has been increased by 30%, and both image sharpness and colour fidelity have been improved. Of course, there is also dioptre adjustment (-2/+2 dpt.).
