Valiant Kronos riflescopes have undergone demanding tests to withstand the toughest conditions. The reinforced one‑piece tube is made of aircraft‑grade duralumin and is nitrogen‑filled. This prevents internal fogging of the optical system during sudden temperature changes. The etched glass reticle is extremely resistant to recoil corresponding to calibre .375 H&H, that is over 6000 J.
The 3‑12x magnification is highly versatile and has become especially popular with hunters. The large 56 mm objective together with the 30 mm tube provide high light transmission. This is further enhanced by a special multi‑layer, anti‑reflective lens coating. As a result, it is possible to observe targets even in poor light conditions, such as during evening hunts from a blind.
This model has a fixed parallax set at 100 yards. The adjustment turrets are capped, so you don’t need to worry about losing your zero while walking around. The clicks are precise and one click equals 1/4 MOA. The left turret is used to control the reticle illumination and houses the CR2032 battery compartment. The brightness can be set to 11 levels in red.
The riflescope is equipped with diopter adjustment in the range from -2 to +2. It is supplied with lens caps and a practical sunshade. Users will also appreciate the extended 5‑year warranty.
