Valiant Kronos riflescopes have been subjected to demanding tests to withstand the toughest conditions. The reinforced one-piece tube is made from aircraft-grade duralumin and is nitrogen-filled. This prevents internal fogging of the optical system during sudden temperature changes. The etched glass reticle is extremely resistant to recoil corresponding to the .375 H&H calibre, i.e. over 6000 J.
3-12x magnification is very versatile and has become especially popular with hunters. The large 56 mm objective together with the 30 mm tube provides high light transmission. This is further enhanced by a special multi-layer lens coating with anti-reflective finish. Thanks to this, it is possible to observe targets even in poor light conditions, such as during evening hunting from a stand.
This model features parallax adjustment from 15 yards to infinity. The adjustment turrets are capped, so you don’t have to worry about losing your zero while stalking. The clicks are precise and one click equals 1/4 MOA. The left turret is used to control the illuminated reticle and houses a CR2032 battery compartment. Brightness can be set to 11 levels in red.
The riflescope also offers dioptre adjustment in the range from -2 to +2. It is supplied with lens caps, a large side wheel for parallax adjustment and a practical sunshade.
