Aiming is carried out using an illuminated dot which, unlike a laser, is not projected onto the target. You can see it only in the sight. Red dot sights are used mainly on pistols and tactical rifles. They are divided into open and closed types. Open red dots offer a larger field of view and faster aiming. Closed red dots are suitable for larger calibres and firearms with stronger recoil.
Mounting of the red dot is designed for a 22 mm Weaver rail.
Red dot sight Valiant Aero PointSight Red/Green offers four different reticles that you can switch between. In addition, it provides dual-colour illumination in red and green. It is powered by a flat CR2032 battery.
Reticle types
The side walls of the sight provide good protection from the sun, so you see a clear image.
Vertical and horizontal adjustment is of course available. For adjustment you use the Allen key included in the package.
