New videos and reviews every day 6000+ reviews from our customers Professional riflescopes in the premium Continental series feature a durable nitrogen-filled body with an IP67 rating, made from high-quality aircraft-grade 6061 T6 aluminium and a German optical system with ED glass and a LaRee & VePRO FMC lens system, ensuring exceptionally low dispersion and high light transmission of 93 %.
At the centre of the riflescope, on the 30 mm tube, there are three exposed adjustment turrets: two turrets with a zero-stop function for windage and elevation adjustment with a range of 48 MOA and a click value of 1/8 MOA and one exposed turret with 6-level red reticle illumination adjustment and parallax adjustment from 10 yards (9 m) to infinity.
The eyepiece, with a diameter of 44 mm, provides a long 95 mm eye relief and features two rings for fast-focus dioptre adjustment of +2/-3 and magnification adjustment of 6-48x.
The VCO-6 MOA reticle is etched directly onto the glass and is located in the second focal plane - SFP. The illumination is powered by a single CR2032 battery.
The riflescope is supplied with a sunshade and lens caps.
This model can withstand 1000 g (a unit of gravitational acceleration), equivalent to the recoil of firearms in .300, .308 and .338 calibres.
On this model, the reticle illumination switch has 11 positions, but the illumination only activates from level 6 onwards. In practice, it therefore offers 6 illumination intensity levels. The first 5 switch positions are inactive, which is not a fault – the manufacturer Vector Optics uses the same switch on models that have all 11 illumination levels.
