The Crosman Triple Threat translates the design of the classic revolver into an
CO2 air gun. The revolver is capable of firing both pellets and BBs in
.177 caliber (4,5 mm) and offers both Single Action and Double Action modes.
Easily interchangeable barrels of various lengths are included.

A classic Crosman 357 made for many years, this one with a barrel swap option.
The revolver body construction is metal with plastic stocks, the interchangeable
barrels are plastic with an inserted steel rifled „tube“. The magazines
consist of two plastic „wreaths“, the first for ten pellets, the second for
six steel shot. The muzzle velocity with a conventional 0.5g pellet is roughly
in the range of 100 to 130 m/s depending on the barrel length. I do not
recommend shooting with steel shot because of the gradual destruction of the
barrel rifling. With pellets it is a fairly accurate revolver suitable for
target shooting. The disadvantage is that you have to readjust the sights after
each barrel change, each barrel shoots a little differently. In addition, the
eight-inch barrel is harder to rotate the „wreath“ (due to the thicker
central mandrel) and the chamber is not completely coaxial with the barrel
(I have two revolvers, both of which are exactly the same). The trigger of the
revolver works in double action mode. Despite the minor imperfections, this
revolver definitely deserves a recommendation for those looking for a simple,
fun and accurate gun with a time-tested design.
