At first glance, it impresses with its timeless construction based on the tactical AR-15 rifle design. The option to replace compatible AR-15 parts (stock, pistol grip) gives us tremendous possibilities for individual customization.
As the very first crossbow, it boasts the pneumatic PowerUnit technology, which uses a Paintball HPA tank (pressure tank not included and must be purchased separately) as its power source. This technology allows you to cock the string with a single press of the red button. Everything operates very quietly, so you can confidently take this crossbow hunting. If you are forced to interrupt shooting, simply press the button again to release the limbs and string. You can also do without this technology, in which case you have a classic recurve crossbow cocked with a manual cocking aid.
The body of the crossbow is made of high-quality aluminium alloys on state-of-the-art CNC machines. All its surfaces are anodized and treated with a coating that has a low light reflectivity.
Depending on its weight, the bolt reaches an initial velocity of up to 330 fps (100 m/s). The draw weight is 225 lbs (102 kg), so we can classify this crossbow among models suitable for hunting at longer distances.
