Based on the statement “It is your duty to be prepared”, the manufacturer Umarex introduces this perfectly crafted training pistol T4E Walther PDP Compact 4“ cal .43, which at first glance is practically indistinguishable from its live-fire version.
The main purpose of this pistol is to improve your weapon-handling skills without having to buy the live-fire version and spend a long time dealing with registration or a firearms licence.
It behaves almost identically – it is equipped with a Blowback system, which gives the gun recoil (naturally to a limited extent) and with it a self-loading function (mode Semi-Auto).
The CO2 cartridge is inserted into the magazine, which has a capacity of 8 rounds. The pistol can use different types of ammunition, such as standard rubber, pepper, as well as powder or “marking” projectiles.
You can also mount selected red dot sights from Vortex, C-More, Leupold and Trijicon on the gun, but for this you also need to purchase the appropriate adapter.
Just like the live-fire version, this RAM variant is equipped with a trigger safety blade directly in the trigger, which prevents an accidental shot caused by snagging the trigger.
WARNING, never leave a pierced CO2 cartridge in the gun longer than necessary – you risk irreversible damage to the seals. If you do not shoot the whole cartridge empty, loosen it slowly and let the remaining gas escape. Dispose of empty CO2 cartridges; they cannot be refilled.
Likewise, do not leave cartridges in direct sunlight or at high temperatures; they are under high pressure and could explode.
